Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi, you will be greeted by a welcome sign and our guide will transfer you to your hotel in the city center.
In the afternoon, embark on a foodie tour of the bustling Old Quarter of Hanoi. Indulge in local delicacies such as Banh Mi, Bun Cha Hanoi, Vietnamese Spring Rolls, and a sweet treat like cake, ice cream, or Alley Sweet Soup.

DAY 2: HANOI – HALONG BAY & JUNK
You’ll be picked up from your hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi and transferred to the TuanChau Marina via the new Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway. Upon arrival at Halong Bay, you’ll be welcomed aboard the cruise and briefed on the cruise itinerary and safety instructions while sipping a welcome drink.
After check-in, take a short rest and then enjoy a deluxe Vietnamese set menu and fresh seafood dishes for lunch on the cruise. Admire the stunning karst rock formations and natural wonders of Halong Bay, including Dog Stone, Dinh Huong Island, Ga Choi Island (also known as Hon Trong Mai).
In the afternoon, explore the Luon Grotto by kayak or small bamboo boat. Return to the cruise for dinner and relax on the top roof bar.

DAY 3: HALONG BAY – HANOI & TRAIN TO HUE CITADEL CITY
Start your day with coffee, tea, and breakfast in the dining room. You may have the opportunity to join a Tai Chi class on the cruise.
After breakfast, visit the magnificent Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave), one of the largest caves in Halong Bay. Climb more than 50 steps to reach the entrance and marvel at the natural vegetation and million-year-old stone stalactites and columns.
Following the cave visit, pack your luggage and enjoy a final lunch on the cruise before disembarking at Tuan Chau Port. Relax in the waiting room and then transfer from Halong to Hanoi, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel in the Old Quarter. Explore the city and have dinner before boarding the train SE3 to Hue Citadel City.
You will be traveling in a ‘soft-sleeper’ four-berth cabin, with bunk beds and bedding provided. Western and Asian-style toilets are available at the end of each carriage, as well as a basin.

DAY 4: HUE CYCLING
Upon arrival in Hue around 8:30 am, you’ll be greeted at the train station and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy a buffet breakfast and get fitted for your bicycle, ready to embark on your cycling adventure.
Explore the impressive Old Citadel, which still dominates the left bank of the Perfume River and has inspired poets and artists for centuries. Then, cycle along the Perfume River, visiting the 19th-century Nguyen Tomb of Ming Mang, Vong Canh Hill, and the Nam Giao Esplanade. The total cycling distance for today is approximately 45 kilometers.

DAY 5: HUE – HOI AN
Start your day with a short transfer to the coastal roads and begin cycling along a picturesque lane shaded by coconut palms, running alongside the peninsula from Thuan An beach to Phuoc Tuong Pass. Along the way, explore the hundreds of ancestral tombs scattered across the high sand dunes.
After lunch at Lang Co beach, tackle the challenging rolling hills for 12 km to the peak of Hai Van Pass. Then, enjoy a 12 km descent down to Danang city before transferring to Hoi An.

DAY 6: HOI AN WALKING, CYCLING, AND BOATING
In the morning: Enjoy a walking tour of ancient Hoi An, exploring the enchanting port town. Follow the narrow lanes lined with centuries-old houses influenced by Chinese, Japanese, French, and European architecture, and visit numerous places of interest, including the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, the Phuc Kien Assembly Halls, and the local fish market. As you stroll through the town, you’ll find numerous art galleries and tailor shops, where you can get custom-made clothes if desired.
In the afternoon: Cycle to Tra Que village and join the farmers in their daily activities, such as farming, sowing, watering, and harvesting vegetables. Next, embark on a Hoi An boat tour. Follow your guide to the banks of the Thu Bon River and discover the area’s waterways. Cruise along the river, watching the sun set over the water, with the bobbing local fishing boats adding to the serene atmosphere.

DAY 7: HOI AN – QUY NHON
Start cycling from the resort in Hoi An Ancient Town, following the back streets past lively fishing villages to the Thu Bon River. Cross the river by a steel bridge and visit a local fresh market, where you can see the daily life of the locals who have lived in the area for generations. Continue cycling on the country roads through villages and small towns.
Stop for lunch at a local restaurant near Tam Thanh Beach, then drive for about 2 hours to Tam Quan. Here, cycle on quiet back roads through villages dotted with palm trees, and then continue along the coastline with sand dune peninsula for great views of the bay and mountains. Enjoy the scenic coastal ride, with friendly villagers waving and cheering you on.

DAY 8: QUY NHON – NHA TRANG
Start the day with a leisurely breakfast, then transfer to the southern coast in Quy Nhon for cycling from a small village and waterfront. Cross the river on a narrow wooden bridge, enjoy ocean views, and see the colorful circular bamboo boats at the small fishing villages. Continue cycling through rustic farms and small towns across lush farmland on the undulating back roads to the Da Dia Reefs.
The seashore area is approximately 100 meters wide and 250 meters long, composed of an estimated 35,000 columns of basalt rocks in various shapes, including round, pentagon, hexagon, and polygon. Take a short break to walk through the area and take photos.
Continue cycling on narrow pathways along the local beaches, passing small markets and a lively lagoon with hundreds of floating fish farms. Explore idyllic villages on undulating paths, passing colorful ancient temples and pagodas, and ride through sweet potato fields, tapioca fields, and rice paddies to the Tuy Hoa finish point. Then, transfer to Nha Trang within 2 hours.

DAY 9: NHA TRANG BEACH & BOAT
Enjoy the beautiful bays, golden beaches, and turquoise waters of Nha Trang, a bustling town and popular tourist destination. Weather permitting, take a cruise to explore the surrounding seas and islands. Stop near one of the islands, where you have the option to swim from the boat (snorkeling equipment may be available for rent). Spend a few hours relaxing and swimming at another tiny, privately-owned island, where you can rent a sun lounger and parasol, and enjoy drinks, seafood lunch, or snacks (at your own expense). Return to Nha Trang in the afternoon, and the rest of the day is free.

DAY 10: NHA TRANG – DALAT
After a 1-hour transfer to the western Nha Trang, embark on a challenging cycling journey to conquer the Hon Giao Pass. Cycle uphill for about 33 km, then enjoy a rocky and winding descent along the pine tree-lined roads from an altitude of 1,960 meters to the Da Lat valley city at 1,500 meters.

DAY 11: DALAT – BAO LOC
Embark on a full-day journey from Da Lat to Bao Loc, marveling at the spectacular views of this flora-rich resort city. We offer the best cycling experience on the single-track roads, navigating through the undulating terrain of Nam Bang’s Countryside. Along the way, you’ll encounter numerous attractions such as the Crazy House, Xuan Huong Lake, Da Lat Flower Garden, and the enchanting “Love Valley”.
After lunch, we’ll pedal to the Elephant Waterfalls for sightseeing activities. Then, we’ll continue our journey, cycling uphill on the backroads, passing by a cricket farm and a silk farm, as we immerse ourselves in the peaceful and clean atmosphere before reaching the Forest Resort in Bao Loc.

You’ll enjoy cycling along the Dong Nai river, through the Cat Tien buffer zone in the Bao Loc plateau, which is a popular destination for cyclists who desire to ride through the hilly terrain amidst the beautiful landscape of flowers, farms, and waterfalls. Enjoy a typical coffee break and encounter the local ethnic groups, before descending towards Dong Nai province. Your cycling distance today is around 45 km, and you’ll then drive to Saigon, where you’ll stay at a 4-star hotel.

DAY 13: HCMC – CU CHI TUNNELS – HCMC
Driving for 1.5 hours away from Saigon’s bustling traffic, we’ll reach the quieter suburbs and collect our bikes near the remains of an old US military base (25th infantry division). We’ll then embark on a 30 km ride to the Ben Dinh site, where the infamous Cu Chi Tunnels are located. Originally built during the French occupation, the tunnels went on to play a crucial role during the Vietnam War, serving as an underground command base for 10,000 Viet Cong troops.
We’ll have lunch by the Saigon river and explore the tunnels with a local guide. Please note that the tunnels are low and narrow, and may feel claustrophobic for some. Afterward, we’ll drive for 2 hours back to Saigon, arriving in the early evening.
